AIM attracts more IHT qualifying companies in May

May 2014 saw a number of investment companies cancel their AIM admission with many newcomers qualifying for IHT planning purposes

One of the larger new admissions was Patisserie Holdings PLC, the cafe and casual dining company. This newcomer comes with the highly appropriate ticker of CAKE.
The origins of the Group date back to 1926 when Belgian born Madam Valerie opened her first shop in Frith Street in London’s Soho introducing fine Continental Patisserie to the English - thank goodness!
