​September 2015 proved to be yet another quiet month for new AIM Admissions, with only one legitimate new listing, on which we offer more below. Remember to use our updated AIMsearch search tool to discover which AIM companies benefit from the valuable tax benefits. 

There were 1,063 companies on AIM at the end of September, 3 fewer than at the end of August, with the total market capitalisation of £73.7bn down 1.3% on the prior month. With reference to the fall in the FTSE100 index during the month and the cancellation of AIM Admissions, the small decline in market value is a decent result in the circumstances.
