Judges Scientific: share purchase clarification

We recently issued a commentary on Judges Scientific in which we stated that on 29th July the company announced the repurchase of 605,247 shares.
We should clarify that that the company only put in place a share repurchase programme to purchase up to 605,247 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, being 14.99 % of the Company’s current ordinary issued share capital, giving irrevocable instructions to their broker to do this during the close period. However, this hasn’t ultimately resulted in any actual purchase to date.
