Group’s Marketing and Sales Director, sold 50,000 shares at a price of 230p per share.
His resultant beneficial interest is in 303,866 shares, representing 1.75% of the Company’s issued share capital – so material in the context of his own holding!
No explanation given for a material sale from a man in the front line!
