Healthcare Locums: disaster waiting to happen?

The AIM quoted specialist recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staff to the healthcare and social care sectors increasingly looks like a disaster waiting to happen.

Back at the beginning of 2010 the share price was riding high at 287p with the resulting market capitalisation over £300m. Since those heady days we have had a number of negative announcements culminating in the most recent news of the proposed acquisition of Healthcare Australia Holdings Pty Ltd(‘HCA’) from a private equity house - never a great sceanrio!
