In response to recent share price movement the AIM quoted UK defence contractor has confirmed that it has a host admirers - given the modest valuation this news could really ignite the share price!
It has confirmed it is in very preliminary separate talks with each of Herstal SA http://www.fnherstal.com, Beretta Holding S.p.A, http://www.berettaholding.com/en/ and U.S. Ordnance, Inc http://www.usord.com which may or may not lead to an offer being made for the whole of the issued share capital of the Company.
Those web sites aren’t for the ethically minded!!
