With iPhone sales growth faltering, management at Apple know that the company’s new product launch needs to be a big one. At 5pm (UK time) the company will introduce the world to its new TV venture in a special event hosted at the Steve Jobs Theatre in Apple’s Cupertino headquarters.


Apple (US: AAPL) doesn’t do things by half. When it launches a new product – phone, watch, computer or tablet – it is the sleekest, most elegant (most expensive) on the market. That is why expectations are so high for Monday’s launch of the company’s expansion into television.
