The leading designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high pressure gas systems has announced encouraging contract wins from BAE Systems for the supply of high pressure air cylinders for the fifth Astute Class submarine and the two new aircraft carriers.

Following last week’s encouraging announcement of a major order from Centrica plc, the leading designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high pressure gas systems issued its interim results for the 26 weeks to 3rd April 2010.

There was excellent news yesterday from Pressure Technologies, though you wouldn’t have believed it from the share price move! The group’s Chesterfield BioGas operating division has secured its first major order from Centrica plc, the owners of British Gas.

The leading designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high pressure gas systems issued a trading update ahead of its annual general meeting on 10th February 2010; there was also news of an interesting acquisition.

The leading designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high pressure gas systems came out with an encouraging set of full year results. Underlying operating profit was up 10% to £5.4m and cash generation was excellent, with the group finishing the period with net cash of £7.9m. The year end order book remained substantial at £16m.  The group’s new Chesterfield Biogas division will be a big beneficiary of the Government’s Renewable Heat Incentive which is due to be announced in January 2010.
