Another AIM takeover Idox (AIM: IDOX), the supplier of software and geospatial data solutions to the public and asset-intensive sectors, announced that it has agreed to be acquired by US-based investment manager Long Path for 71.5 pence in cash, an approximate 27% premium to the closing price the day before. Long Path is the second largest shareholder in Idox, holding a 12% stake. The acquisition represents an implied Enterprise Value multiple of c.21x EBIT based on FY2024 figures and c25x forecast adjusted earnings for the year to October 2026, valuing Idox at £339.5m.
