Acquisition looks timely

Pressure Technologies has announced the acquisition of the Hydratron group of companies for a total cash consideration of £3.3m. Hydraton’s pressure testing rigs, which are used to pressure test valves and pipe work operating at extreme pressures, could be in greater demand following the Gulf spill due to the increased focus on safety.
