Acquisition of key Biogas partner and new contracts

The designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high pressure systems has announced the significant acquisition of the business and certain assets of New Zealand based Greenlane Biogas Holdings Limited, a leading developer and global supplier of patented technology for upgrading raw biogas to high purity biomethane. It has also announced the signing of a contract and letter of intent for new Biogas projects.
