There was encouraging news from APC this morning (7th March) as the Group announced that its components business has enjoyed its best first half performance in terms of bookings since 2011. This positive news follows a very disappointing 2015. Could it be the beginning of a turnaround for the Group?
APC Technology Group (AIM: APC) http://www.apc-plc.co.uk/ APC Group reported this morning that its components distribution business has achieved its best first half performance in terms of bookings since 2011, with bookings for the period at £7.2m, up 28% on last year. Bookings of £1.8m in February were the highest ever recorded in a single month. Highlights include significant new orders for embedded computer boards with existing customers, together with a substantial follow-on order from a UK customer for a major export contract.
