The cloud-based software business that integrates communications functionality into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms has seen its share price rise strongly over the past year; but we just don’t get the valuation! The latest results for the year ending 31 December 2017 admittedly saw revenues increase a whopping 42% to £6.9m, but this followed heaps of marketing spend which resulted in an operating loss of £2.5m, although that was down on the prior year’s £3.7m. The all-important recurring revenues were up 55% and encouragingly 87% of revenues are either recurring or repeating in nature. This is all terrific stuff and…
