Compelling valuation but LTIP announcement disappoints

Recent news that SeaEnergy had received approval from shareholders to implement its Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") drew a closer look at the announcement. Not only does the LTIP announcement require several readings but, more importantly, there was no evident mention of the LTIP in the RNS announcing the General Meeting at which it was approved.
