Abcam: US Nasdaq listingAbcam (LON: ABC), the global leader in the supply of life science research tools, has confirmed the pricing of its American Depositary Shares (‘ADS’) on the Nasdaq Global; Market, with the closing of the offer expected to occur on October 26, 2020. Its ADSs have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ and are expected to begin trading under the symbol "ABCM" on October 22, 2020. The Nasdaq listing could compromise its IHT qualification.
