RWS: delight in acquisitions The stock market seems to delight in AI solutions company RWS (AIM:RWS) acquiring other businesses, sending its shares higher whenever a deal is announced. That’s probably a good indication of the market’s fears surrounding the Group’s existing activities! RWS is now acquiring Acogroup, a leading global provider of language and content services, for an Enterprise Value of £22.4m.
