Dialight manufacturers and sells energy efficient LED lighting solutions globally across several key industries, with notable exposure to oil and gas markets. The financials are strong with 14% increased revenue at the group level and net cash of £15m at then end of 2012 (up from £13m in 2011). Having divested the unprofitable Electromagnetic Components part of the business, this should positively impact the 2012 full year numbers.
