GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC) – game on!
The sports betting and gaming group which is acquiring Bwin.party in a £1.1bn transaction, issued a highly positive trading update for the nine months to 30 September 2015 suggesting that all is well in gaming world.
This Group offers high dividend payouts to shareholders as well and there was news of another interim dividend of 14€cents per share bringing dividends declared so far this year to 56€cents per share implying a yield of 9.7% at the current share price. The Group reported strong trading during the period with Net Gaming Revenue (“NGR”) for the nine months to 30 September 2015 11% higher than the same period in 2014 averaging €670k per day; Wagers in the nine months to 30 September 2015 have grown to an average of €4.5m per day representing an increase of 15%…
