GYM generated revenue for the 6 months ending 30 June 2017 of £42.8m, which was up 18.8% on the comparable period in 2016. Adjusted profit before tax came in a at £6.5m, up 41.7% and adjusted Earnings per Share were up 39.3% to 3.9p. There was 19.0% growth in the average number of members in the first half of the year to 500,000 with average revenue per member per month remaining in line with the first half last year at £14.28 (H1 2016: £14.31).
