Youngs: trading well and decent value? Young & Co (AIM:YNGA/N), the premium operator of pubs and bedrooms in London and the South of England, issued a positive trading for its financial year to the end of March. Total managed revenue, which includes both Young's and the recently acquired City Pubs business, was up 25.4%, and 5.7% higher on a like-for-like basis, in line with expectations. This performance, coupled with encouraging trading since the start of the new financial year and Young's ongoing focus on operating a premium and well invested estate, gives confidence in performance for the year ahead.
