GetBusy: modestly valued, for a reason? Interim results from GetBusy (LON: GETB), the developer of document management and task management software, clearly failed to impress the market with the shares falling. The Group’s Virtual Cabinet, SmartVault and newest GetBusy products look quite interesting, but we fear they are competing in a space dominated by some very large players. For the six months ending 30 June 2021 revenue rose 7% to £7.5m but losses rose 33% to £948k. More positively, annualised recurring revenue was 13% higher at £14.0m with 68,030 paying users paying on average £207 per annum for its services.…
