The provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, which has suffered a torrid few years, announced interim results that offer a glimmer of hope.
Revenues for the period were 6% higher at £9.62m – that’s an achievement in itself in oil and gas world - with an underlying pre-tax profit for the period of £0.06m, which compares with the loss of £0.72m for the comparable period in 2014. The reported pre-tax loss was £178k (2014: Loss £1m). There was a net operating cash outflow of £25k but period end net cash was a positive £661k. The Group’s activities are split across the Maritime Division, Oil & Gas Division and Engineering Division.
