Positive results, great cash flow, decent return on equity and modest rating…plenty to like

The specialist Engineering, IT and Telecoms recruitment agency, which now combines Networkers International, this week announced excellent full year results for the year ended 31 July 2015. The shares are well off their August 2015 highs and with cash flowing and the valuation looking relatively modest there could be a buying opportunity here?
