PROACTIS Holdings (AIM: PHD) - looking good as acquisitions boost the numbers
The global Spend Control and eProcurement solution provider issued a positive update on trading for the year ending 31 July 2015. There appears to be an interesting story developing with this one, although it’s been a while in the making!
PROACTIS creates, sells and maintains specialist software which enables organisations to streamline, control and monitor all internal and external expenditure, other than payroll. It is used in over 500 organisations around the world from the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors. It is the largest independent eProcurement solution provider to the UK Public Sector. The Group arrived on AIM in 2006 raising approx £4m at a share price of 43p so it’s been one for the patient.
