Quartix Holdings plc, a leading supplier of subscription-based vehicle tracking systems, software and services operating in the fleet and insurance sectors announced this morning that Executive Chairman of BCA Marketplace plc, Avril Palmer-Baunack has reluctantly decided not to seek re-election as a Director at the Company’s AGM on 16th April due to time commitment issues.
?In her place, Paul Boughton will become Non-Executive Chairman. The Board intends searching for an additional Non-Executive Director with relevant commercial experience in due course. The Board algo gave a brief trading update reiterating that trading for the three month period to 31st March 2015 is in line to deliver management’s expectations for the full year.
