Results and new option agreement on Liverpool site

The residential and urban regeneration specialist has announced half year results to 30th June 2014. This still represents very much a work in progress with the full financial benefits of the exciting transformation of the group not yet evident. In a separate statement issued at the time of the results, they have also announced that their Regeneration Liverpool partnership has entered into a new option agreement for a proposed major residential development scheme.
