The acquisition of SIMEC Uskmouth Power Limited has been completed and to better reflect the new business’ structure, the Company has also changed its name. The current share price surely fails to reflect the long term appeal of the larger more diversified business, which is also set to be boosted by other cash generative renewables assets.
