- History Johnson Service Group (AIM:JSG) has a long history having originally joined the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange back in May 1958. It subsequently transferred to AIM in June 2008, at which time it sold off its corporate clothing business which helped reduce its punitively high level of debt. Following arrival on AIM, the Group also sold its Facilities Management division in 2013 and Dry Cleaning business in 2017.
