Technology: the lower risk investment?
They say there is a bubble in tech. But the critique overlooks an important point: tech is a safer investment with the right strategy than so-called safe investments, including property.
Suppose there is a bubble in tech, then good. There was a tech bubble in the late 1990s, there is no doubt about that. But was it such a bad thing? Sure, it hurt if you were caught up in the middle, but the mad frenzy that occurred during that period probably accelerated the development of the internet.
