Nick Bolton was employee number 13 when he first joined analytics software business Oxford Metrics (AIM: OMG) to set up the entertainment division. After a few years pursuing other business ventures he returned as chief executive in 1995. In this interview, we talk about how good a film Toy Story is, but how far motion capture for films has come since then, the challenges of raising money after the dot.com bust and what it is like being chief executive of an AIM-listed company.
