Sigma Capital - excellent results and a dividend commitment

Sigma Capital Group has now completed 1,947 homes for The PRS REIT with a further 3,000 homes currently underway at varying stages of construction. The final quarter of 2019 saw the group move into London with the acquisition of two development sites. With a structural undersupply of high-quality family rental homes across the UK, further exacerbated by the pandemic, Sigma looks very well placed to continue to prosper as the UK returns to work.
