At the end of May 2016 there were 1,016 companies on AIM with a total market value of £74.66bn. This compares with 1,014 companies on AIM at the end of April 2016 when the market value was £72.98bn and represents the first growth in terms of number of companies for several months. Thankfully growth didn’t come at the expense of quality with several really nice businesses joining the market and some very strong share price…
