Winkworth: earnings down, cash up
Full year results from M. Winkworth (AIM:WINK), a franchisor of real estate agencies, mainly served to highlight to us the excellence of Property Franchise Group (‘TPFG’), whose results we covered yesterday here.
Despite opening two new offices in the year, Winkworth reported revenues of £9.31m, marginally down on the prior year’s £9.45m, while pre-tax tax was 23% lower at £2.47m. That’s very different to the organic growth…
